RCW 9A.44.130 (9) The county sheriff shall obtain a photograph of the individual and shall obtain a copy of the individual's fingerprints. A photograph may be taken at any time to update an individual's file. You will be required to have an updated photograph taken whenever you change your address in person at the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. Additionally, you may be contacted and required to report to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office to have your photograph updated if (1) It has been over one year since an updated photograph has been taken or (2) if it has been reported that there has been a substantial change in your appearance. |
